Which is a violation of the BJC policy? ›

Violations include not only a failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations and BJC policies but may also include a failure to detect, timely report, and/or correct any offense.

If you need a password reset then it can be reset by using https://passwordreset.carenet.org. Additionally, the BJC Help Desk (314-362-4700 / 877-362-4700) can reset your password.

BJC HealthCare does not have a strict dress code in place. Employees are expected to dress in a professional, yet comfortable manner. Business casual or business formal attire is generally the expectation. Casual items like jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and sandals are usually not appropriate.

Family and Medical Leave of Absence

FMLA provides for leave up to: Twelve (12) weeks for your own medical condition or to provide care for an eligible family member. Twenty-six (26) weeks of military caregiver leave to care for a covered service member with a serious injury or illness.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

BJC team members can review the most up-to-date referral policy and process details on BJC's Total Rewards. Bonuses are based on job category, experience and demand.

Individuals who provide service at any BJC hospital/service pursuant to a contract with a third party are not subject to testing. If a contract employee is suspected of substance abuse, the individual may be removed from the premises and the individual's employer notified of our suspicions based on observation.
