I had three closets done by closet works a few years back and have been really pleased so I just had four more done. This time I worked with Kyle, who made the design process easy and fun. She has great attention to small details and cosmetics to make sure the closets are not only functional for your personal needs but aesthetically pleasing as well. I changed my mind many times before finalizing the plans and she was great about that and got the new design plans back to me in a jiffy.My closets are well appointed with everything we need. The workmanship/installation is also a job super well done. The installers were on time, very quiet and worked quickly.A special project was a pantry closet in the mud room which turned out really well.Currently I’m working with Kyle on designing some custom coat lockers with bench, shoe and accessory storage for the other side of the mudroom and look forward another successful collaboration.

I love my new walk-in closet from The Closet Works. The whole process - from the design phase with our consultant, Susan Fuller, to the install with the Closet Works install team - was handled professionally and with ease. Susan was very responsive to my questions and change requests. Being able to visit the showroom to see and talk through options with Susan was a bonus. We will definitely use this company again!

We worked with Steve both times who always listens & gets us to the price we are looking for. Kevin did our installation who was extremely professional & quick. Shelly made the long trek to our Shore house and designed beautiful custom built ins around our fireplace! They had a beautiful selection of new designer woods to choose from and we all worked together to create exactly what I had envisioned! The work was done promptly and neatly and the price was right in our budget! I highly recommend Closet Works for more that just closets!

Very few things that you purchase and or own change your life or help you live well. The work that Closet Works did in our home made each room a better place to live in! Every closet is organized and offers abundant space from our customized laundry room to to our new office/music room space. The work is expert and clean. I have recommended them to friends and family with glowing reports of thanks for the excellent workmanship and excellent value.They are now planning our new wine bar! Shelly Harris spent many hours with me to outfit every closet in our condo, create a beautiful office and closet/dressing room, add a Murphy bed and bookcase, and bring full functionality to our laundry room. We have now used Closet Works Inc for 2 projects and we love them! Our designer Terri was amazing in helping me think through the areas and how to best utilize the space. She was patient and timely in getting me pricing as I went through the many many options that they provide. The quality of the product is amazing as well, and has held up to our toddler. Even months after installation, when we had a minor issue with a drawer, they came back out and fixed it for free with no fuss. I cannot recommend Closet Works Inc enough, I am already thinking of my next project with them!

Great company to deal with. The price was better than the competition, as was their delivery and installation time. The representative, Susan Fuller, was very pleasant, prompt with the review, efficient with the design and stayed in contact with us, even on weekends, throughout the process. Their design center is excellent to see their products. The installed cabinets look great and gave us even more room than we first anticipated for our storage.

We just had a large main bedroom closet redesigned by Closet Works and the results are stunning! So happy with the results- the sales/design team had creative ideas that maximized the space and matched our aesthetics. Steve was great to work with and extremely flexible and responsive when we had a flood the night before our installation was scheduled. Our close friend had referred us to Closet Works after we had several other companies give us estimates. One competitor spent several (painful) hours in our home and their base finish pricing was much higher than Closet Works even with their “discounts”. With Closet Works the design process was quick and easy with experienced people that knew exactly what would work. We were able to get upgraded finishes at an affordable cost. Couldn’t be happier!

We have had the pleasure of working with Closet Works two separate times now. Two years ago, our walk-in closet system and built-in wardrobe was installed in our master bedroom which we still love and wouldn't change a thing. Recently, we had 4 reach in closet systems installed and everything turned out just as we hoped. Terri took her time meeting with me to go over each space and the installers were professional, quick, and clean. I highly recommend using Closet Works!

We had a wonderful experience with Terri, the Closet Works designer, and everyone we worked with at Closet Works Inc.! We shopped around and found that the Closet Works quality and customer service was far superior and unbelievably more budget-friendly (yes - check them out!) than their competition. We like Closet Works so much that we are repeat customers. We had them do our primary closet earlier this year then came back for a bathroom cabinet and utility room coat closet. Next up - laundry room! We even recommend them to our friends, risky, I know but they were even more thrilled with the value and service of Closet Works Inc. Made in USA.

It is difficult to choose among the myriad choices of closet fitters in the Philadelphia area. I would suggest that you try Closet Works, having surveyed nearly all of the others. They will some to your location, measure everything and discuss your requirements. Within hours you will be furnished with a detailed rendering of the project with measurements including views from various angles. A date for installation will be set, and they adhere to it. The installer (Kevin in my case) was polite, efficient, and he thoroughly cleaned up when finished. All work is guaranteed in case of future problems. Materials are strong and attractive. The salesperson (Kyle) is very pleasant and competent. I have done three small projects with this company.

We recently got our closets done by "The Closet Works Inc". Right from the process of calling and setting up an appointment all the way through to project completion, I had an awesome experience. Kyle was came to our house promptly and out of all the other quotes that I have received for this project, Kyle was the only one who was super fast in providing the quote, understood our exact ask and didn't try to sell the standard layout and was willing to customize it as we see fit, was providing helpful suggestions along the way and best of all the price was still atleast 20-25% cheaper than the competitors when my custom size was 50% more than the standard offerings. So if you were to consider a quote with 50% more size requirements, the competitors quotes were many fold higher, some said cannot be done by them. We visited the showroom in PA and were greeted with respect and someone closely assisted us to choose door frames, colors, handles and they had plenty of options to choose. Any changes requested in quote based on showroom visit, Kyle gave the revisions in less than 30mins to 1 hour. They also provide lifelong warranty and the project was built right in front of me in the house by experienced 6 closet builders. They arrived on time and completed the entire project in 3.5 hours. Super fast and cleaned every debris out as well. I highly highly recommend them and I am super happy with the closet.

I highly recommend Barry & Closet Works! Barry is very responsive, he listened to what we were looking for and created designs that made our spaces beautiful and more functional than we imagined. Scheduling the installs was simple, the installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. In one of the cabinets in the mudroom there was a small nick in the wood that the installer pointed out, the team followed-up promptly after the install to let me know the plans for replacing that piece. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful. If you want a high quality product at a competitive price with excellent customer service go with Closet Works!

The price was right in line with estimates we got from other companies, but looks much more 'custom installation' and less 'big box store closet system' of competitors.Day of installation was a breeze. One guy and a few hours for a large closet, couldn't have been easier. We're glad we went with The Closet Works, and will be using the again in the future for additional closets & spaces in the house.
