You can use it to defeat Overworld Bosses, farm Public Dungeons, complete 4-man Dungeons in Normal or Veteran Difficulty and Solo Arenas like the Maelstrom Arena, Vateshran Hollows and Infinite Archive. The following Build will help you complete almost every Solo activity in The Elder Scrolls Online! From the easiest Overland content to Solo Arenas and 4-man Dungeons alone! You can use the Law of Julianos set for a starter, more beginner approach, or the False God’s Devotion for better sustain. The Ring of the Pale Order is a great Mythic Item you can use for better healing. Combine it with one Piece of Slimecraw to maximize your potential. The Build relies on strong Shock Damage and assistance from your pets to defeat enemies and clear content. You can protect yourself with strong shields and passive heals from Critical Surge. The Build is also using the Shocking Soul Scribing Skill to add more damage but also other effects!

Race

The Best Race for the Magicka Sorcerer Solo Build in ESO is Nord or High Elf. Nord is great for a defensive setup since it provides a boost to Health, Armor and Ultimate Generation. High Elf is good for a more offensive approach with a boost to Damage and Max Magicka. Dark Elf, Khajiit and Breton are nice alternative Races you can use for a Solo focused Build. Any Race with Magicka bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in myESO Race Guide!

Neither is necessary.

Rotation for Magicka Sorcerer Solo Build

Before you start your attack, activate Hardened Ward, buff yourself with Critical Surge, Boundless Storm, set Barbed Trap and apply Elemental Drain. Attack with Unstable Wall of Elements, Volatile Familiar, switch bars and continue with Shocking Soul and Force Pulse as your spammable. Keep attacking with Force Pulse and re cast the other skills when necessary. Use your Ultimates when ready and always Light Attack before skills to boost damage!
